Bronte Gully is a new three-level semi-detached residence overlooking Bronte Gully Park and the Pacific Ocean beyond. Conceived as a complete architectural and interior design project, the home transforms a constrained suburban site into a generous family retreat that embraces its unique landscape setting.
Extensive excavation allowed the creation of a substantial new dwelling arranged across three levels, incorporating a secure garage, swimming pool, multiple living spaces and expansive outdoor entertaining areas. Every aspect of the design was carefully considered to maximise floor area, natural light, functionality and uninterrupted views across the gully towards Bronte Beach.
Natural stone, curved plaster forms, sculptural stairways and bespoke joinery create a refined yet enduring material palette. Throughout the home, architecture and interiors work seamlessly together, balancing generous family living with a strong sense of warmth, craftsmanship and permanence. Large openings frame views of the surrounding landscape, while carefully layered materials bring depth, texture and character to every space.
