Led by registered architect and interior designer Fernanda Previato, the studio creates bespoke homes, apartment renovations, alterations and additions, heritage projects and new residential architecture, as well as retail, restaurant, bar and boutique hotel projects across Sydney and Australia.
Each project is shaped by its site, context and clients. Through extensive material research, thoughtful spatial planning and close collaboration, we develop highly tailored design responses that feel individual, enduring and rich in character.

Previato Studio is a Sydney-based architecture and interiors practice creating thoughtful, character-filled homes across Australia.
Led by registered architect and interior designer Fernanda Previato, the studio brings nearly 20 years of global experience across residential architecture, interior design, heritage, adaptive reuse, boutique commercia and retail projects. Born in Brazil, with Italian heritage and shaped by her architectural studies and professional practice in Australia, Fernanda brings a layered design perspective that balances cultural storytelling, craftsmanship and practical project delivery.

With extensive experience delivering projects from concept design through to construction, Fernanda combines creative vision with technical rigour, guiding clients through every stage of the process with clarity and confidence. Her expertise spans residential renovations, new homes, apartment interiors, heritage and adaptive reuse projects, as well as boutique commercial and retail environments, with a meticulous focus on detail, collaboration and execution.
